‍Momentum Car Wash Specialists is looking for experienced field leaders who take ownership, solve problems, and refuse to settle for “good enough.”

‍Travel Required
‍Travel required for nearly every project — closer to 100% if you’re not based in Charlotte.Installation projects typically run about 10 days, with bookend travel.Overnight CapEx work runs 2–3 nights — approximately 4 to 5 days including travel.Short trips by design, giving you real time at home between jobs.Charlotte-based installers also spend occasional days in our warehouse preparing job boxes or in the office between projects.Job travel, lodging, and per diem are paid.Relocation to Charlotte is preferred. Relocation assistance is available.

‍Position Summary
‍Lead installation crews on projects across the United States. You’ll be responsible for jobsite execution, crew leadership, daily communication with the Project Manager, quality control, safety, and keeping projects on schedule.

‍Responsibilities
‍Lead and supervise installation crews.Assign work and maintain productivity.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.Communicate daily with the Project Manager.Identify and resolve field issues.Train and mentor crew members.Deliver projects that meet Momentum’s quality and schedule standards.

‍Qualifications
Experience leading installation or construction crews.S
trong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with car wash equipment or related mechanical/construction trades.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in hot and cold conditions.
Comfortable working on ladders.
Ability to lift heavy items.
Forklift Certification.
